1. General Information and Eligibility

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 33 bd platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, the user is considered to have read and accepted these Terms in full.

33 bd is open only to residents of Bangladesh who are 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform. Users are required to confirm their correct age and identity at the time of registration.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the site after any update will be taken as acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Registration and Verification

2.1 Registration Requirements

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, 33 bd reserves the right to permanently close all such accounts. All information provided during registration — name, mobile number, date of birth — must be true and accurate.

Account verification must be completed after registration. Identity must be confirmed by submitting a copy of a National ID card or passport. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

2.2 Account Security

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their username and password secure. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

If any unauthorised access or suspicious activity is noticed on an account, the 33 bd support team must be informed immediately via live chat.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Deposits on 33 bd can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposited funds must come from legitimate personal sources only. Depositing using another person's account or a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in account suspension.

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the payment account used at the time of deposit. Account verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed.

If a withdrawal is requested before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, that bonus will be cancelled. This is discussed in more detail in the bonus section below.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before receiving this bonus, the wagering requirement must be met: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit, ৳1,000 bonus is added making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

4.2 Other Promotions

33 bd regularly offers various promotions, including weekly deposit bonuses, weekend offers, cricket season bonuses, birthday rewards, and refer-a-friend bonuses. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements — these will be detailed on each promotion page.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If a withdrawal is requested before completing the wagering requirement, the active bonus will be cancelled.
• If bonus fraud or abuse is found, the account may be permanently closed.
• 33 bd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its terms.

5. Game and Betting Rules

5.1 Game Results

All game and betting results on the 33 bd platform are determined through a verified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Results are fair and not predetermined. If a result is declared void due to a technical error in any game, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

5.2 Betting Restrictions

Specific minimum and maximum bet limits may apply for each game or event, and these will be displayed on the relevant game or event page. 33 bd reserves the right to change the betting limits of any user.

5.3 Special Sports Betting Rules

In sports betting, if a match is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake will be refunded. In the event of a technical issue during live betting, the decision of the authority will be final. Placing opposing bets on the same event (arbitrage betting) is prohibited.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33 bd platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Creating an account by concealing one's identity or providing false information.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or device.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets for the purpose of bonus fraud.
• Attempting to hack the system or find vulnerabilities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Using any automated software or bots on the platform.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending balance may be forfeited. 33 bd reserves the right to take legal action in cases of serious offences.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

7.1 Authority's Rights

33 bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice, particularly when evidence of a terms violation is found, when the user fails to cooperate with the verification process, or when suspicious activity is detected on the account.

7.2 Closure at the User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, they may request this from the support team via live chat or email. Any verified balance will be processed for withdrawal before the account is closed, but any bonus eligible for forfeiture will be cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 33 bd platform — logos, graphics, software, code, text, and designs — is owned by or licensed to the authority and is protected by applicable law.

No content on this platform may be reproduced, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of the authority. 33 bd reserves the right to take legal action against any unauthorised use.
